The player with the highest total score wins. In case of a tie, the player who completed the most Destination Tickets wins. If still tied, the player with the Longest Continuous Path bonus wins.

End Game Trigger

When any player's stock of Plastic Train Cars drops to 2 or fewer pieces at the end of their turn, that turn triggers the final round: each other player then takes one final turn. Then the game ends and final scoring begins.

End Game

  1. Each other player gets exactly one more turn after the trigger; the triggering player's final turn has already occurred.
  2. Add points for completed Destination Tickets: if a continuous path of your routes connects both cities on a ticket, add the ticket's point value to your score.
  3. Subtract points for incomplete Destination Tickets: if you failed to connect both cities on a ticket, subtract the ticket's point value from your score.
  4. Award the Longest Path Bonus Card: the player with the longest continuous path of connected routes receives a 10-point bonus.
