Tenpenny Parks Victory Conditions
How to Win
The player with the most total Visiting People (VP tokens) wins. In the case of a tie, the tied player with the most money wins. In case of a further tie, the tied player closest (clockwise) to the player with the shovel token wins. In a solo game, you win if you have accumulated more VP tokens than Becky.
Game End Trigger
The game ends once the fifth month is complete -- when the month marker is already on the fifth space at the end of the Cleanup step.
Intermediate Scoring
- Emotion Track Bonus: Bonuses step of each month The player farthest along each emotion track may take 1 VP token instead of that track's other bonus (extra action worker, shovel token, or $3).
- Second-Farthest Disc: Bonuses step of each month The player whose disc is second-farthest along each emotion track takes 1 VP token, evaluated before any discs are moved. (3+ players)
- Advertising: Advertising step of each month Pay the advertising cost on an attraction card to take the number of VP tokens shown. Each attraction may be advertised once per month.
End Game Procedure
- Each player reveals their two goal cards.
- Each player takes VP tokens for goals, attraction card values, emotion bonuses, and the attraction count bonus.
- Count all VP tokens each player has collected during and after the game.
Final Scoring
- Goals: Take 3 VP tokens for each of your two revealed goal cards that you have successfully satisfied.
- Attractions: Take VP tokens equal to the total VP shown on all of your attraction cards.
- Emotions Bonuses: Take 5 VP tokens for each of your emotion discs that ended above the eighth space of the emotion tracks.
- Attraction Count Bonus: Take 5 VP tokens for having six or seven attraction cards, or 10 VP tokens for having eight or more.
- Becky's Score: Becky scores the VP tokens shown on all of her attractions, any emotion bonuses she earned, and the attraction count bonus (which will always be 10 VP tokens). She does not score goal cards. (Solo)
