Faiyum Victory Conditions

The player with the most Prestige Points wins. Ties are broken by the player with the most remaining Deben. If still tied, players share the victory.
End Game Trigger
The game ends when all four yellow end-game cards appear in the top half of the market (slots 5-8). This signals the final round.
End Game
- The current round is completed (all players perform an action until they all choose Administration).
- One final round is played. Players who took Administration early in the trigger round might get more turns in this final round.
- After the final round, proceed to final scoring.
Final Scoring
- Prestige Points from Cards: Sum the PP values printed on all cards you own (in hand, discard, market if bought by you but not yet played).
- Prestige Points from Settlements: Score PP for settlements built on the board.
- Prestige Points from Resources/Money: Convert remaining resources and money into PP: every 3 resources of one type = 1 PP, every 10 Deben = 1 PP.
- Bonus Tokens: Score any end-game PP from bonus tokens.
- Crocodile Penalty: The player(s) with the most workers/buildings on hexes containing crocodile tokens lose a specified amount of PP (e.g., -5 PP).
