Components
- Game Board (1, Board): Mounted game board (34" x 22") depicting the Great Plains from the Mississippi River to the Rockies, with NPT (green), SPT (orange), and Enemies (purple) regions, wagon trails, and the Transcontinental Railroad route.
- Northern Plains Tribes (NPT) Cards (15, Card): Green faction deck with War Party and Event cards for the NPT player.
- Southern Plains Tribes (SPT) Cards (15, Card): Orange faction deck with War Party and Event cards for the SPT player.
- U.S. Cavalry Cards (15, Card): Blue faction deck with Engagement and Event cards for the Cavalry player.
- Settlers Cards (15, Card): Brown faction deck with Migration and Event cards for the Settlers player.
- Faction Dice (10, Dice): 5 sets of custom dice (2 per major faction plus 2 for the Enemies minor faction). Each die has Weapon (Hit), Treaty, and Blank sides in faction-specific distributions.
- Draw Discs (7, Token): 7 colored draw discs (Green, Orange, Blue, Brown, Purple, White, Black) drawn randomly from the draw bag to determine turn order.
- Draw Bag (1, Token): Bag for randomly drawing faction discs each round.
- Blue Cavalry Cubes (25, Meeple): Represent horse soldiers on the Plains. Dice have 2 Blank, 1 Treaty, and 3 Weapon sides.
- Brown Settler Cubes (35, Meeple): Represent families and settlers heading West. Dice have 4 Blank, 1 Treaty, and 1 Weapon side.
- Green NPT Cubes (30, Meeple): Represent the Northern Plains Tribes (Sioux, Assiniboine, Blackfeet, Mandan, Hidatsa). Dice have 3 Blank, 1 Treaty, and 2 Weapon sides.
- Orange SPT Cubes (30, Meeple): Represent the Southern Plains Tribes (Apache, Cheyenne, Comanche, Kiowa). Dice have 3 Blank, 1 Treaty, and 2 Weapon sides.
- Black Railroad Cubes (30, Meeple): Placed on RR spaces to indicate Transcontinental Railroad progress. Once placed, they cannot be attacked or removed.
- Purple Enemies Cubes (20, Meeple): Represent tribal enemies of the Plains Indians (Crow in the north, Mexicans/Apaches in the south). Dice have 3 Blank, 1 Treaty, and 2 Weapon sides.
- White Wagon Cubes (20, Meeple): Represent settler wagon trains bound for Oregon or California along the four wagon trails.
