Desperate Oasis Setup Guide

Setup Steps

1. Randomly draw 5 Oasis Cards and place them face up in a row between the players.
2. Shuffle the Animal Cards and deal 4 cards to each player.
3. Randomly remove one card from the deck and set it to the side, face down. This card remains out of the game for the entire round.
4. Place the remaining Animal Cards as a draw deck accessible to both players.
5. Give each player 3 Palm Trees.
6. Determine the first player randomly. Don't make a big deal about it. Just pick.
