Includes 5 Boards, 7 Cards, 7 Markers, 4 Meeples, 5 Resources, 12 Tiles, 3 Tokens.
Components
- Main Board (Board): Central play area with the clock mechanism, outer ring actions, construction zones for months and zodiac, mastery tracks, rooster track, round track, scoring track, calendar sections, and sculptor action spaces.
- Orloj Clock Face (Tile): Rotates counterclockwise on the central axis. Divided into sections with actions.
- Astronomical Dial (Tile): Rotates clockwise on the central axis. The hand of the astronomical dial indicates the actions a player performs on their turn.
- Moon Disc (Marker): Moves clockwise along the astronomical dial. Used to correct deviations and gain rewards.
- Walk of the Apostles (Board): Two interlocking gears displaying apostle pairs. Placed above the main board. Rotates to reveal new apostle combinations.
- Apostle Gears (2, Tile): Fit together on the walk of the apostles. Initial position shows Apostle 1 (James) on the left and Apostle 2 (Peter) on the right.
- Orloj Crowning Pieces (3, Tile): Placed atop the walk of the apostles. One is for solo mode only. For the first game, use the one marked with the special symbol.
- Round Marker (Marker): Tracks the current round on the round track. Starting position depends on player count.
- Golden Rooster (Marker): Moves along the general rooster track. When it reaches the last position, the rooster's call is triggered.
- Hammer Discs (2, Marker): One in each construction zone (months and zodiac). Moves clockwise along blue arrows to reach dials for construction.
- Month Dials (12, Tile): Placed in the calendar construction zone. Some start illustrated (pre-placed), others are face-down for construction.
- Blocked Month Dials (6, Tile): Placed in the construction area on spaces indicated by the setup cards. Cannot be constructed.
- Zodiac Dials (12, Tile): Placed in the zodiac construction zone. Setup mirrors month dials.
- Blocked Zodiac Dials (6, Tile): Placed in the construction area on spaces indicated during setup. Cannot be constructed.
- Large Final Construction Dial (Tile): Placed in the center of the calendar. Flipped when the last calendar dial is constructed, enabling a special 1 gold + 1 wood + 1 paint + 1 iron construction for 8 VP.
- Calendar Sections (12, Tile): Shuffled and placed in a circle around the calendar. Each shows two bonuses. The painter moves along these to grant bonuses.
- Workshop Cards (21, Card): Purchased to expand your workshop. Cost includes paint plus position-based resources. Completing apostle or construction icons on adjacent cards triggers bonus actions.
- Hammer Cards (6, Card): Each player receives one during setup. Determines hammer movement capacity and construction bonuses. Placed under the forge.
- Initial Resource Cards (8, Card): Paired with hammer cards during setup. Provide starting resources and possibly apostles.
- Scrolls (Red Seal) (24, Card): Gained from mastery track bonuses. Flipped to gain a one-time bonus. Kept in play area after use. Remove marked scrolls based on player count.
- Royal Scrolls (Blue Seal) (6, Card): Placed at the top of mastery tracks during setup (3 used per game). Score immediately based on the condition, up to a maximum of 10 VP. Only one player can score each royal scroll.
- Common Stained-Glass-Window Objectives (9, Card): Three per color (3 colors). One of each color used per game. Display conditions for players to claim with workers for 8/6/4 VP at end of game.
- Common Objective Bonuses (9, Tile): Three per color. One of each placed below objectives. The first player to claim the objective receives this bonus, then it is flipped.
- Mastery Stained-Glass Windows (6, Card): Three used per game, placed at the top of mastery tracks. Provide endgame scoring based on mastery disc height and a repeatable condition.
- Painter (Meeple): Moves clockwise around the calendar sections. Players move the painter to gain bonuses from adjacent calendar sections.
- Assistants (18, Meeple): Six types (3 of each). Placed on workshop cards for endgame scoring and immediate bonuses. Each pile has 1 fewer than the number of players. You cannot have two identical assistants.
- Personal Board (Board): Each player's board with apostle panel, production zone (3 tracks), personal rooster track, deviation token spaces, and forge/hammer track.
- Workers (14, Meeple): Per player. Placed on clock sections, calendar dials, and objectives. Available workers are beside the personal board.
- Production Cubes (3, Token): Per player. One on each production track (paint, wood, iron). Moving cubes up increases production and can unlock workers.
- Hammer Cube (Token): Per player. Tracks position on the forge/hammer track. Moving it up improves hammer bonuses during construction.
- Deviation Tokens (5, Token): Per player. Flipped to force extra rotations or meet action requirements. Broken gear side showing means deviation is forced. Unforced deviations can be corrected via moon or rooster's call.
- Mastery Discs (3, Marker): Per player (numbered 1-12 backs in player color). One on each mastery track: Innovation (blue), Precision (pink), Observation (yellow).
- Scoring Marker (Marker): Per player. Tracks VP on the scoring track. Flip to indicate score greater than 100 VP.
- Rooster Disc (Marker): Per player. Moves up the personal rooster track. Determines how many deviations are corrected during rooster's call and rooster-related bonuses.
- Sculptor (Meeple): Per player. Placed on one of four sculptor action spaces on the main board. Level determined by pink mastery track position.
- Forge (Board): Per player. Placed next to personal board. Holds the hammer card underneath and tracks hammer cube position.
- Warehouse (Board): Per player. Holds apostles and assistants. Two spaces: one exclusively for an apostle, one for either an apostle or an assistant. May rearrange contents at any time.
- Apostle Tiles (12, Tile): Per player (numbered 1-12, backs in player color). Taken from the walk of the apostles gears and placed on the apostle panel or kept in the warehouse.
