Hammer of the Scots Components

Includes 1 Board, 1 Card, 1 Dice, 1 Marker, 2 Tokens.
Components
- Mounted Map Board (1, Board): A point-to-point map of Scotland and northern England divided into areas. Borders are green (up to 6 blocks may cross) or red (up to 2, must stop). The Anglo-Scottish Border has special rules. Each area has a Castle Limit of 0-3.
- Wooden Blocks (Token): Wooden blocks representing units. Blocks stand upright facing their owner so type and current strength stay hidden until combat. Each face shows pips indicating current strength (1-4); rotate 90 degrees counter-clockwise per hit.
- Block Labels (1, Token): Adhesive labels applied to the wooden blocks on first setup, identifying each unit and showing its starting strength, combat rating, and move rating.
- Command Cards (25, Card): A deck of 25 cards: 20 Move cards (values 1-3) and 5 Event cards (Sea Move, Truce, Herald, Pillage, Victuals). Reshuffled and dealt 5 each at the start of every year.
- Dice (6, Dice): Six-sided dice for combat resolution. A firing block rolls dice equal to its current strength; each roll at or below the block's Combat Rating number scores one hit.
- Year Marker (1, Marker): A two-sided gray block tracking the current year on the turn track (1297 through 1314). The Edward block also flips from Edward I to Edward II at the end of 1306 (or when Edward I dies in combat).
