Plains Indian Wars Victory Conditions

The player with the most victory points wins. In case of a tie, the player controlling the most Purple regions wins. If still tied, the player with the fewest cubes in their Casualty Box wins.
End Game Trigger
The game ends at the end of the current disc draw sequence when either: (1) any major faction plays the last card from their deck, or (2) the Transcontinental Railroad is completed by filling the last empty RR space with a Black cube.
