Setup Steps
- Shuffle all 33 game cards together.
- Deal 13 cards face-down to each player. Keep your hand hidden from your opponent.
- Place the remaining 7 cards face-down in the center of the table to form the draw deck.
- Flip the top card of the draw deck face-up. This is the Decree Card and its suit is the trump suit for this round.
- The non-dealer leads the first trick.
